Zachary at the mall
Today, Meng and I took Zachary to the mall for a few hours. He looked around at all the lights and played a bit in the kids play area. Poor Zachary needs some playdates. Whenever he saw other kids he would smile or get curious and start talking. I always joke that my little Zachary won't ever learn to share because he is the only child right now.
My favorite photo of his smiling face. |
I also took some photos of Zachary while we were at my mother's. They've put up their christmas tree and Zachary loved the lights. Meng and I are waiting till we paint our apartment this week to put the tree. I'm excited about finally unpacking and being able to decorate for the holidays, even if it's a little late. The holidays are always so exciting and costly. I think I'll keep the tree up till after new years this time.

My first blog post! So exciting. :P
Ever since I've graduated from college, it just feels like I've been so out of touch with friends and my social life has completely vanished. Of course, the main reason is probably due to the birth of my son, Zachary. There has been so much changes in the last year and a half. My husband and I both graduated, then we welcomed our son and recently moved to our new apartment. With me working full time, it's difficult to make time for friends and...myself. I feel like such a horrible friend.
With that being said, I've decided to start blogging about my family, especially my son. I love sharing stories about my son and all the milestones he has reached. I can go on and on about him. I hope this will be a great way to keep in touch with everyone. I'll make it a goal to post every weekend at the very least. I hope everyone will enjoy reading.
This is my family: my husband Meng - a freelance graphic designer, my son Zachary, and me - a microbiology lab supervisor.
Love,
Blia
